Beloved,
The world is rapidly changing, and no matter how it all may feel and look, there is a divine order in play. The world is ready for this change, and for change to occur, things must fall away for the expression of the new to come through. The new, that which is ultimately for the expansion of our collective consciousness, of divinity, of love. All that is changing is for our collective greater good.
We are being asked to trust the path before us, and all that is unknown. This requires many deep breaths, abundant self-care, and listening to the heart.
Right now, we are experiencing an especially accelerated time, and will continue to ride this rising energy through this weekend most strongly. This is a powerful wave of expansion, and through our ability to trust and our willingness to embrace the challenges as they arise, truly remarkable transformation awaits each and every one of us.
LUNAR ECLIPSE
We are presently in the thick embrace of an Eclipse portal. The Solar Eclipse from December 25th activated this wave of energy, and we are soon to receive a Lunar Eclipse this Friday, January 10th (Pacific time). Additionally, some truly life-changing aspects are culminating this weekend, marking a rare coming together of many planets that deliver the clear message that permanent changes are unfolding.
These big energies impact each of us individually and uniquely. It can be felt as heavy, as chaotic, as depressing, as overwhelming, as fatiguing. It is a time for embodying great patience and compassion towards others who may be experiencing difficulties.

Most importantly, be gentle with yourself. Give yourself permission to slow down wherever possible, to nourish yourself lovingly, to rest, to sleep, to put your feet on the earth, to stay home and be quiet. Give yourself permission to prioritize expanding your self-care practices.
It is in these times that the power of my self-care and spiritual practices hold strong, and affirm the great importance of tending to the self first and foremost to be best prepared for the unexpected, and to better serve those around me. Through the anchor of daily practice, the foundation of self-love grows more and more radiant and the ability to align with peace becomes stronger and stronger.
The best way to work with all of these rising energies is to tend to your body and tune into your heart.
HONOR IT ALL + LET GO
For this Lunar Eclipse, work with the power of it by aligning yourself with the huge releasing energy it brings. Be truthful with yourself about what you are being asked to release, that which is holding you back from embodying your greatest self, your greatest gifts, your greatest truth.
On this Eclipse weekend, open your heart and let go, let go, let go. And do so with gratitude. Do so with joy.
